In 2020, the Luxembourg-based holding company MeDiEm S.A. Group became the central hub of a global network of companies after the merger of more than two centuries of experienced as well as respected professional organisations. The vision was to bundle business relationships spanning several different but related industries and environments.

By acquiring or joining forces with the best in their field, we were able to save valuable time and resources: So we built a model that brought competing structures together.

During the COVID 19 crisis, MeDiEm S.A. and its subsidiaries expanded deeper into the healthcare supply chains to overcome the global shortage of medical devices and equipment while building new, long-term customer relationships.
